The Rising Star Awards program is a California Association of REALTORS® initiative that partners with the brokerage community to spotlight exceptional new talent in real estate. This program celebrates ambitious, high-performing agents early in their careers, professionals who are already making an impact and poised to shape the future of the industry.
C.A.R. proudly recognizes members who set themselves apart through outstanding production, professionalism, and potential. The Rising Star Awards not only honor these standout individuals but also highlight the firms that support and nurture their growth.
To qualify, nominees must:
Broker/Owners or Office Managers may nominate eligible agents by completing the nomination form. All nominations must be received by July 17, 2026.
Qualified nominees will receive a follow-up questionnaire as part of the application process. Completing the questionnaire is required for full consideration by the review panel.

A review panel composed of the 2026 Chair, Vice Chairs, and Advisory Board of the C.A.R. Young Professionals Network will review all qualified nominees and select up to 10 Rising Star Award recipients. The award recipients will be notified and recognized at the C.A.R. REimagine! Pre-Conference YPN Ignite event on October 6.
